Clinical Supervision/Consultation allows mental health clinicians of all experience levels to clarify professional goals and values to accelerate growth as a clinician. You will work to identify practical steps to foster learning, uncover and address barriers to advancing in your practice, all while strategizing best practices across treatment modalities for providing high quality, culturally competent mental health care to those you serve. We are board approved supervisors for Maryland, DC, and North Carolina.
Clinical Supervision Groups run throughout the year, often focusing on special topics that are relevant and timely for the realities of clinical practice in today’s world. Virtual Coaching mixes innovation with tried-and-true coaching methods. Using The Workroom, our online (or phone) platform you can work with your coach from anywhere in the world with minimum disruption to your busy schedule. Learn and collaborate on your goal from home before you start your work day, during a lunch break, or while you’re waiting out rush hour.
Group Coaching uses the exponential growth power of the group process to help you make change. Scheduled groups cover a topic relevant to personal or professional life. Each coaching group is limited in size to ensure that all members are able to give and receive quality feedback from other members and the facilitator. Group sessions may be held in person or in our virtual Workroom.
